Rap IS music!
Many people today believe hip-hop isnt music. they believe it takes no talent to make a rap and rhyme words for a whole song while trying to prove a point. i would have to dissagree. if rap isnt music then neither is screamo or rock n' roll. i believe it takes just as much talent to rhyme over 16 bars as it does to play the guitar. One of my friends stated "rap is so easy anybody can do it, andyone can make a beat off a computer." i replied," well rap right now." and he said "i am not a rapper". Right there he proved his on staement of rap being easy wrong. and to all those who think it is easy reply on this blog and i want to see you rap and make sense while telling a story.

ReplyDeleteI admire anyone who can sing or play a musical instrument. I used to play piano--seems like a million years ago. I took lessons for many years and loved it. Life is too busy now. However, I have NEVER been able to sing well. Not one note. :)
